How do I know my order is confirmed? Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation message with your order summary. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? We work hard to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service chat as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make any further modifications.
Do you provide tracking? Yes! As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you the information you need to track your order status until it arrives at your door.
Products & Quality
How do you ensure quality for such a wide variety of products? At VF Goods, we carefully select our suppliers and perform regular quality checks. Our goal is to ensure that every item for your home, pet, or personalized collection meets the standards you expect.
Do personalized products have a different delivery time? Since personalized items require special handling to ensure they are just right, they may take a few extra days to process before shipping. Estimated times will be indicated in each product description.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the estimated delivery times? Delivery time depends on your location. At checkout, you will see an estimated arrival time based on your selected shipping method.
What happens if my order arrives incomplete? If you placed an order with multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons and arrive at different times. If something seems to be missing, please check your tracking information to see if there are additional packages in transit.
