Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during peak shopping seasons or sales events.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer reliable shipping options across the United States.

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days (after processing).

  • Shipping Method: Standard shipping via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

International Shipping

We are happy to serve customers around the world. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items in your cart.

  • Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days (after processing).

  • Customs and Import Fees: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. VF Goods has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your VF Goods purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Perishable Goods: Items such as food or certain pet treats.

  • Intimate/Sanitary Goods: For hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending anything back, you must contact us via the contact page on our website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  2. Pack Your Return: Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include a note with your full name and order number.

  3. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) via the website contact form. Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
